Are all of your soaps handmade?

Yes! Every bar of soap is handcrafted, hand-poured, and hand-cut in small batches. We take pride in creating soaps this way, no factory production, just simple ingredients and careful craftsmanship.

What ingredients do you use?

Our soaps are made with natural oils, butters, and pure essential oils. We never use harsh detergents, parabens, or synthetic fragrances. Even all of our colourants and clays are natural.

You’ll find nourishing ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, responsibly sourced palm oil and castor oil. All chosen for their moisturising and skin-loving properties.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Many of our bars are formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. If your skin tends to react easily, look for our PURE bar, it is unscented meaning it is free from any essential oils, or our ZEN bar which contains colloidal oatmeal which is great for sensitive skin.

Do you use fragrance oils?

We don’t use any synthetic fragrance oils. All of our scents come from a blend of pure essential oils. This keeps our soaps gentle on the skin and true to nature, while giving you that beautiful, spa-like aroma straight from natural sources.

How should I store my soap to make it last longer?

To get the most out of your bar, keep it dry between uses. Use a draining soap dish or a soap saver to prevent it from sitting in water. Proper care helps your soap last longer and stay firm.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to make it right.
